Modular comfort
The bedroom is a private domain.
A place where you find peace. Comfort is a feeling, a sensory and physical experience. Hukla brings together ergonomics and aesthetics in an overarching modular concept. Sleeping comfort is paramount, but the styling is also important. The function of the bedroom has been expanded to include relaxation space. Bedtime and sleep time are outdated synonyms. Let’s mix & match.
In Brussels, Hukla is presenting its modular concept for comfortable beds. You can individually configure the look & feel of the beds, including the mattresses. Ergonomic comfort and an aesthetic styling coalesce in a harmonious whole: an ultimate sense of well-being. Will it be a box spring or an upholstered slatted base bed? Adjustable or not? With or without additional storage space?
The bed sets the tone for the bedroom, with the headboard playing the starring role. A retro model akin to a wing chair makes an intimate impression. A soft cubist design with square tufting is suitably minimal. The variant with two voluminous, height-adjustable cushion halves invites you to dive in. For the styling of the bed, you have a choice of ten headboards (two heights) and a black base – plus a huge collection of fabrics and leather.
The sleeping comfort is the product of the bed base and mattress. The concept begins with the choice between a slatted base in an upholstered bed or a box spring bed. The slatted base offers a flat plane and five adjustable versions (two of which are electric). The box spring comes with the Clima box as standard, and is available in two heights. The concept also has six mattresses plus three foam qualities for the covering layer, four when it comes to the topper.
It would take too long to sum up all the options. Brussels by Night is the perfect place for that.
