In Brussels, two new chairs and a table concept are indeed being launched. The last thing you’d expect is an online configurator. This puts the world of wholesalers within reach, because it allows you to create the ideal table before your customer’s eyes.
Let’s start with the indoor chairs: Brace and Bruce have been developed by Cas Moor. Their design could be described as airily organic. It revolves around the tension between functionality and spaciousness, between material and transparency. The chairs chime with the latest organic trend. In any case, their flowing lines and curved surfaces exude a sense of comfort. Form follows function. The interrelationships focus on transparent interior visualisations. The chairs offer vistas into the space, with their seats and backrests being set exceptionally far apart. The seat appears to float above the legs. Viewed from behind, the backrest barely seems to reach the back legs. And yet the airy construction is more stable than you might expect. Form follows durability. Brace and Bruce exist as a dining room chair and lounge armchair. The difference between the two models lies in the (un)upholstered back. The oak is available in 7 colours, and the fabrics are à la carte.
The options for the new table concept are abundant. Tabletops of wood, ceramic and stone-look, in multiple configurations, can be made to measure between 1 and 3 metres long and 80 and 120 cm wide. From this comes Table-ID 2.0: an upgrade or re-launch of a previous styling tool. Castle Line makes the online configurator available to its customers. So you have a choice: do you keep hold of the design decisions, or first give the customer free rein?
For outdoors, a concept has been developed that revolves around a mix of three materials: teak with rope and fabric. Among the samples is even an outdoor-proof teddy fabric. This collection is available from stock, so can be delivered rapidly.
