Take the name. Wünder might take you down the wrong track. But make no mistake, everything is 100% designed & made in Belgium. The two dots on the u are a nod to not one, but two dots on the i. Everything has been thought through in detail.
The first thing you notice? The colours! Wünder breaks through the monotony of the eternal black, grey and white in outdoor furniture. Why settle for boring when you can make things more cheerful? Colours brighten up gloomy days and winter landscapes. Every shade is possible at Wünder. Perfect for private and public outdoor spaces. Can you imagine it: your outdoor furniture in a colour to match your window frames, or your corporate branding? Everything is possible, nothing is too far out.
Then there’s the universal applicability. A round table is the archetype of spontaneous sitting together, in a circle. Hence The Circle, the epitome of conviviality, spontaneity, freedom and happiness. The matching benches are separate from the table, which allows you to place them anywhere. But be aware that all Wünder outdoor furniture can be anchored if desired to protect it against vandalism.
Either way, the materials used are both durable and sustainable. After that, the design can go in any direction. The Table model has a quasi-floating tabletop and benches, held together by its sturdy tubular frame. An 8 mm thin aluminium plate is bent into The Bench. The fold in the middle provides stability, and the small recess for the drainage of the rainwater. Everything has been thought of. The fire pit is surrounded by slats ─ with gaps in between for the necessary oxygen supply.
And last but not least are Wünder’s regional origins. All suppliers are located within a 50 km-radius of the company. Containers? Import? No way! Wünder simply makes everything in-house and delivers within three weeks. That too is wonderful!
