LABELING IS MAKING

Word-of-mouth advertising is still the best advertising.

That’s why Feel Design is exhibiting at the Brussels Furniture Fair for the first time. You name it, Feel Design makes it: furniture under its own name—and especially for no-name and private labels. Exporting to Benelux is high on the to-do list.

Feel Design offers Scandinavian-style tables, chairs, and cabinets. The design originates in Sweden, with production primarily outsourced to Asia (Vietnam) and, to a lesser extent, Poland and Lithuania.
The name “Feel Design” can be interpreted in various ways. It evokes the feeling of natural materials like wood, stone, and metal. Design that “feels good.” The same applies to quality and price — for both B2B partners and consumers. The company follows a lean business model. “We have minimal overheads. This enables us to adapt more effectively and quickly. That’s why we can keep prices reasonable and affordable. This means generating profit, also for our customers. Our mission: creating added value through design, materials, quality, and price.”

Therein lies the essence of Feel Design. The majority of production is intended for white and private labels – internationally. Scandinavia is considered the home market. Exports go to North America (the US and Canada), Germany, France, and, to a limited extent, Belgium. International growth opportunities lie overseas. (Initial contacts with Japan are already in place.) And closer to home, in Europe — including the Benelux. “After the pandemic, we had to reorient ourselves. Which trade fairs are relevant to our export plans? From conversations with colleagues, Brussels was repeatedly recommended. So, that’s what we went with.”

At the Furniture Fair, Feel Design will present a showcase of its product range. The focus will be on the latest designs and materials: “work in progress” models at the end of August, and the final chairs, tables, and cabinets at the beginning of November. Renderings are not yet available. To maximize the element of surprise, you’ll only be able to view the new products in Brussels. So it’s a case of wait and see.

“We’re looking forward to this trade fair with positive vibes. We expect to make valuable connections with potential business partners. Furniture and interior design stores, retail service organisations, project designers — everyone is very welcome!”
