Personal projects
Originally, the chairs were exclusively intended for the contract market: Estetica.
Customisation has been part of the family firm’s DNA for the past 40 years. Later they discovered the retail market, and Home was added to the name Estetica. Advising interior designers have a huge amount to work with.
Poland has a centuries-long artisanal furniture tradition, and this is reflected in the carpentry and design of the chairs. Estetica Home’s mission is to create timeless and sustainable products tailored to the specific needs of the individual customer. Flexibility is key. You can fully experiment with types of wood, colours, and upholstery.
This is appealing, because what do you see happening? Superior interior designers are working for private customers, and more and more often, contract interior designers are too. In both cases, they can count on Estetica’s decades of experience. What are the options? What is the wise thing to do? This service motivates the interior designer to set to work with the customer, offer them detailed advice on the perfect chair for their interior (private, public). In addition, Estetica Home makes the (trade) audience aware of trends such as the Japandi style: an eclectic combination of Japanese and Scandinavian elements. Natural materials, simple shapes, and neutral colours such as grey, beige, and white dominate here. All of this aligns with Estetica Home’s mission.
What’s more, ‘chairs’ also includes armchairs and sofas. The starting point is 100% wood: oak and beech from the region, walnut from America. For the colours and upholstery, the sky’s the limit. Nevertheless the delivery time is still around eight weeks. The entire process from tree to chair is managed in-house.
